According to the individual needs of our clients, we use one or more of the following methods to find the best possible candidates.
Database Search:
Over the years we have built up a detailed and comprehensive international database of high quality media professionals and media experts.
Advertising:
If we are confident of being able to reach a large number of qualified and suitable potential candidates through an available print or online medium, then we will consider using this approach. In this case our clients generally opt to place the advertisement under our name and using our logo, creative and screening services.
Executive Search/Headhunting:
This approach is particularly appropriate if we feel that there is only a limited number of qualified and suitable candidates in the marketplace. We exploit fully the inside knowledge, discretion and expertise of our experienced researchers in order to identify and approach potential candidates. Generally speaking, our clients prefer us to combine Database Search with Executive Search and, in our experience, this invariably yields the best results.
