Media Manager, INNOCEAN, Frankfurt am Main
Purpose of the role:
The Media Manager is responsible for establishing and running an effective media process and media management with the aim to develop the most creative, efficient and effective media campaigns for the German Hyundai client.
Main Responsibilities:
- To support the Senior Media Manager in daily work
- Handling of ad hoc client requests
- Support in handling centrally funded campaigns, briefings to media agency, media plan control, approval and aligning with local activities
- Regular status meetings and close contact with German subsidiary
- Presentations to clients
- Handling of the complete process of co-op campaigns, including creating co-op guidelines and Memorandi Of Understanding, invoices and evidence checks, final administration with responsible funding source
- Close cooperation with Innocean Worldwide HQ on implementing global projects ie. World Cup campaign, Out Of Home campaigns etc. in Germany
- Competitive Analysis
- Taking care of deadlines for regular reports
- Evaluation of media offers
- Contact to media vendors
Responsibilities:
- Close cooperation with IWE Media, Digital and ATL team as well as with client’s Advertising Managers (Offline & Online)
- Relationship management with major German media partners
- Regular status and performance reports to management and clients
- Stand-in for Senior Media Manager Hyundai
Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in Economics or Communications
- In depth knowledge of German media market
- Fluent English language
- Minimum 4-6 years working experience in a Media Agency and/or the advertising department of a German/international advertiser
- European coordination experience preferable
